However, the cons of automatic saving system includes, there is no surety that your progress is actually saved. So always keep in mind this thing, and don’t end your game abnormally. The best idea is to exit the game after the completion of the chapter or the fight. Moreover, one of the safe ways to come out of a game is to press Menu on Xbox One and Options in PS4.

After opening the menu, select Quit Game to end the game safely. It will automatically save your game and you will thus not risk your progress. And when you will be able to pickup from the chapter you left next time when you start.
